What is Arogya Setu App?

Government of India app to connect health services with people of India to fight COVID-19. New Delhi.  The Arogya Setu App launched by the government to monitor and identify corona infections has set a new record.  The Arogya Setu app has become the first such app which has been the fastest five million downloads within 13 days.  Arogya Setu is a mobile application developed by the Government of India to connect essential health services with the people of India in our joint fight against COVID-19.  The application is intended to enhance the initiative of the Government of India, particularly the Department of Health, which is able to reach and inform users of the application regarding risks, best practices and relevant advice related to the operation of COVID-19.

 This is how Arogya Setu app works

 On installing Arogya Setu app from app store, it takes information about cough, cold, fever, trouble in breathing, travel history etc.  After this you do not write, you start showing in the green zone.  Also, it asks you to always keep blue tooth and location on.  When you do this, when you go to a crowded place, you keep sending messages from the surrounding mobiles through blue tooth.
 On the initiative of the central government, the user has to first evaluate himself in this app, launched under public-private partnership.
 Of course, to register in this app, you have to enter your mobile number and then you will be able to use it with OTP on the same number.

 As you progress further in the app, some questions like yes or no will come up about your gender, age, history of foreign travel and things like cold, cough and cold.

The app will also collect information about any history of diabetes (diabetes) or hypertension (high blood pressure).
The color will turn orange or yellow when Corona is positive.
